Cruising Fleet

Purpose of Organization

The purpose of the Cruising Fleet is to promote short and long range cruising as well as social activities both on and off the water. All club members are welcome to join any and all events. If you have never cruised over night, this is a great way to get started. It is reassuring to be with a group, and lots of fun.

Plans for 2022 subject to change ... Our usual activities include:

February Potluck: February 12, 2022 at 1630. An opportunity to see your boating friends and the ice on the river.

Winter (land) Cruise in March: March 25 - 27. Make your reservation for the trip to Lancaster, PA. Contact Kevin Silver for details.

Spring meeting and party: Plan for summer activities

Dock-Go-Round June 11, 2022. An opportunity to check out our friends’ boats and enjoy refreshments at the docks.

Summer Cruise: Trips up the Hudson, to Long Island Sound and beyond. Last Summer the fleet went to Lake Champlain. This year? TBA

Dinghy Safari TBA: Dinghy ride to nearby destination followed by a BBQ.

Fall meeting and party: Plan winter Cruising Fleet activities.
